Return and Exchange Policy – Adithri Jewelry

At Adithri Jewelry, each piece is carefully handpicked and packed with love. Due to the delicate nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we follow a strict no return and no exchange policy, with limited exceptions for bangle size issues as outlined below.

No Returns / No Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal dislike after receiving the product

Size Exchange – Bangles Only

We allow a one-time size exchange exclusively for bangles, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. The customer must provide:

    • A clear, unedited unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.

    • A photo of the bangle being worn to demonstrate the size issue.

  3. The product must be unused and returned in its original condition with all packaging intact.

  4. Return shipping charges for size exchanges must be borne by the customer.

  5. The replacement size will be shipped after the original product is received and verified.

Damaged Product Claims

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged:

  1. A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened.

  2. The video must be shared with us via direct message or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.

  3. The product must be unused, and all packaging should be intact.

If the claim is approved, a replacement or store credit may be provided based on stock availability. Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

General Notes

Minor color variations or slight size differences (±1–2 cm) due to photography, lighting, or manual measurement will not be considered valid grounds for return or exchange.
